This home, located on Estey Lane in Fredericton, was designed and constructed by the New Brunswick Home Builders' Association.

The home was designed to be at the forefront of housing technology with energy efficiency, indoor air quality and maximum resource management, just a few of the areas of interest.

Case's, as a member of the association, was contracted to complete the very unique exterior of this home. The siding was fiber cement board clapboard that was secured to the walls system by hand with exterior grade screws. All joints were caulked and sealed prior to completion. The soffit and fascia areas were clad with standard materials such as perforated vinyl soffit and brake-formed pre-finished aluminum.
